Need help with WorldTime?
Open WorldTime, go to Settings, then tap Feedback. Please include the issue, device model, iOS or watchOS version, and the steps that reproduce it.
If you cannot access the app, you can contact support by email.
- For iCloud sync, confirm iCloud is enabled on the device.
- For Pro access, use Restore Purchase from the Pro screen.
- For holiday data, refresh holiday data from Settings.
